Our Grade B machines are in perfect working condition, but may have slight marks and scratches. While the latest model sports a fancier LCD display, prints slightly quicker (the ZM400 prints up to 25cm / 4inches per second anyway) and has Bluetooth connectivity, the print output is identical. Indeed, the printhead strip is identical, only in a different housing. The ZM400 is more solidly built too and is therefore ideally placed in a tough factory environment.

The 203dpi print resolution is suitable for the majority of label requirements, printing barcodes clearly and text as small as 6 points. To print smaller you will want to look at a higher resolution version, but printheads for higher resolution machines are quite a bit more expensive to replace, so be sure you choose the right model variant. If it's a fast, quality print you need, from an industrial strength machine, you really can't go wrong here. Fully compatible with all Windows versions, for such a low cost there is little out there to compare.
